If you create a profile on the eXentry Group Website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are either a Manufacturer or a Sales Representative and that you are either acting on behalf of your employer and are authorized to act on behalf of your employer.
You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify eXentry Group of any unauthorized use of your registration.
Use of Website
eXentry authorizes you to view the content available on or from eXentry-gr.com website solely for your use.

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The eXentry Group will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
Specific Prohibited Uses
The website may be used only for lawful purposes by industry companies, manufacturers, service providers and individuals engaged in the business of sales, manufacturing, distribution, consulting or services related to the industry. The eXentry Group specifically prohibits any use of the website, and all users agree not to use the website, for any of the following:

- Posting any pyramid scheme, franchise or other business opportunity not permitted by the preceding sentence which requires an up-front or periodic payment, or requires recruitment of others including, but not limited to, members, sub-distributors or sub-agents, commonly referred to as "multi-level marketing" or "MLM."
- Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or entity.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Website other than the search engine and search agents available from eXentry Group on this Website and other than generally available third party web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome).
- Aggregating, copying or duplicating in any manner any of the materials or information available from the Website.

eXentry Group in its sole discretion upon determination that a member is spamming other members may reduce the Contact Request allotment, reduce other privileges, or remove the profile of the spammer.
User Information
When You register for the Manufacturer Register or Sales Rep Register of the website, You will be asked to provide a valid email address. In addition to the terms and conditions that may be set forth in any privacy policy on this website, You understand and agree and understand that the website is a semi-public directory and will disclose to third parties, certain aggregate information contained in your profile. Your e-mail address and/or telephone/fax numbers will be not displayed for public and online view. Your email date will be not displayed as the default setting. To the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant, the eXentry Group may disclose all contained information.
